F45 Induction: 5 Days of Franchisee Education

After signing on the dotted line, new F45 franchisees are welcomed to the family with open arms and excited proclamations of hope for the future! We feel as though our franchisees join the F45 family from the moment they officially decide to become a part of our franchise network, and as we do with all of our network, we look ahead towards the future and how we can best work together to find potential success.

As soon as our new franchisees settle their paperwork with our team, we immediately introduce them to our F45 Induction program—a 5-day event that is held with the sole purpose of educating and informing our newest franchisees on business practices, franchising tips and what F45 HQ has to offer the network. Whether it is held virtually or in-person, Induction is a very unique experience for each person who attends and an integral part of the F45 franchisee experience.

During the five days, our newest F45 family members can expect to experience a plethora of events, such as but not limited to:

• – In-House/Virtual F45 WorkoutsAs we do with anything and everything, F45 HQ puts its heart and soul into Induction in an effort to ensure that our franchisees are given all of the tools needed to possibly succeed. We take our job as a franchisor very seriously and we will do everything we can to make sure our franchisees are supported and feel motivated to get into their studios and make a difference in the world. We truly believe that the difference between a great franchisor and a mediocre one is the effort you put forth, and we will always try to put forth the maximum effort we possibly can.
