F45 Training is all about community, both in and out of the studio. We realize that our fitness community extends far beyond the four walls of each studio, and this gives us a major competitive advantage when compared to other group fitness franchises. F45 hosts several outdoor events, such as F45 Playoffs and F45 Track, in order to engage members and franchisees in new and exciting ways.
F45 Track is a 45-minute outdoor training session that offers both the public and F45’ers a variation of in-studio sessions. F45 Playoffs is a functional, total-body strength, agility and cardiovascular trial that tests individuals equally on all four disciplines and has become the benchmark for global fitness testing.
These events are not just fun sessions for members, but a great way for current and potential franchisees to get involved and see what F45 Training is all about. We encourage all F45 trainers, studio managers, and franchisees to turn up to the events, or even better, to participate. By doing so, it adds a personal touch that helps each franchisee succeed in his or her city or community. F45 Track events have historically been held in Australia—including Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth, Christchurch, Auckland and Sydney—but F45 Track made its (very exciting!) U.S. debut in LA on March 30th, 2019. Hosted on F45’s College partner USC’s Cromwell Track, the event kicked off with a performance from the world-famous USC Song Girls. Several hundred participants enjoyed the first Track-specific workout, run from custom-built screen systems supporting Cory George and the volunteer trainers. Photo and networking opportunities created lots of buzz and brand marketing activity around the event. Overall, the USC and U.S. Track partnership was highly successful, and this momentum will continue for all future Track events.
F45 Track and Playoffs are great assets for franchisees. The more fun they are, the more brand elevation heightens your appeal to potential members, which in turn leads to more sales and projected growth.
