We have combined circuit training with two other equally dynamic methods of exercise, functional training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and incorporated them into our workout programs. This is what makes up our various daily pre-programmed training sessions, all of which last 45 minutes.

Since F45 classes are almost never repeated, members are always challenged and kept on their toes. Each training session will affect their bodies in different ways and prevent them from reaching a plateau in their fitness regimes.

While many exercises have one specific function, circuit training helps gym-goers achieve numerous goals in the same amount of time. 4. Equipment is Not Compulsory

Circuit training does call for the use of some gym equipment, but not always. You won’t find yourself constantly lugging dumbbells or kettlebells around the gym with circuit training. Many circuit training exercises involve the use of your own bodyweight, such as lunges, squats, hip extensions, push-ups, dips, squat jumps, burpees, planks, and crunches. Once you’ve arrived at the gym, you can probably head to the training area and get going with minimal to no equipment necessary.

Thanks to the diversity, simplicity, and intensity of its exercises, circuit training allows you to potentially reach your fitness goals a lot faster than other types of fitness training do. There’s no waiting around to use a specific machine or piece of equipment, no threat of reaching a plateau where your body isn’t being challenged sufficiently, and no overemphasis on just one area of the body or one type of fitness goal. It’s different kinds of cardio and strength exercise all packed into a single session. For example, with F45 classes, members are in and out in 45 minutes.
